Maintenance Mechanic

Chesapeake Redevelopment and Housing Authority is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to perform skilled maintenance work in plumbing, electrical, automotive, and structural systems/equipment, basic HVAC, grounds maint, and basic property upkeep. Requires HS diploma or equivalent, combined with 2-3 years exp with the listed maintenance skills.  HVAC cert preferred/higher starting rate.
