Project-Based Voucher Waiting List Opening
Chesapeake Redevelopment and Housing Authority’s (CRHA) waiting list is opening for permanent supportive housing for homeless persons under the Project-Based Voucher (PBV) program at:
South Bay Apartments, Portsmouth, VA
Heron’s Landing, Chesapeake, VA
Cypress Landing for homeless veterans only, Chesapeake, VA
THE WAITING LIST FOR REGULAR, TENANT-BASED
HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER (HCV) PROGRAM IS NOT OPEN.
Applications will be available for download here. If unable to download, applications may be picked up in person at the main CRHA office, 1468 S. Military Highway on the second Friday each month, from 9 am to 12 noon.
All applications MUST be postmarked by the US Postal Service and mailed to:

CRHA will not accept hand delivered, faxed, or applications delivered by FEDEX or certified mail. Faxed applications will be accepted as a reasonable accommodation for persons with a disability ONLY.
