Partner Portal
CRHA would like to introduce a new FREE resource for landlords; the Partner Portal Web Site.
The Partner Portal is a secured web site that will allow you to view up-to-date inspection schedules and results, subsidy payment history including abatement status. You will also be able to view unit and family information 24 hours a day regarding your property leased to a Housing Choice Voucher program participant. Additionally, CRHA will post newsletters and HUD updates on the portal. Enrollment in the Portal is open to all landlords with CRHA’s Housing Choice Voucher assisted tenants. Below you will find the steps to enroll to access the portal and set up your account with your personal user name and password.

This portal will provide you with information immediately when you want it. Many landlords work during our business hours and are unable to speak with their CRHA representative, therefore, this will alleviate you having to place calls to the agency, although we are happy to assist you and to speak with you at any time during our business hours.
